Tiferes Bais Yakov

Tiferes Bais Yaakov, a Lakewood based girls’ school built in 2011, was Berkowatts’ first value-engineered project. The school occupies a 75,000 SF building encompassing two stories plus a basement. It contains 27 classrooms, offices, kitchen facilities, and an auditorium. Berkowatts devised a cost-effective wiring plan that would meet the code yet still remain within budget.
