New Jersey Ethanol

Berkowatts was honored to partner with New Jersey Ethanol, a company that impacts the environment in a positive way by producing clean, green energy. They convert corn, sugar, starches and alcohol from industrial and commercial waste streams into ethanol. A team of Berkowatts experts visited Minnesota to study the company’s primary location of operations and ascertain what was needed. They then flew to Kentucky to work with the contracted engineering firm to develop a cost-effective way to meet NJ Ethanol’s requirements. This involved designing a system that would be explosion-proof and that would incorporate all safety measures.
