Locust Grove

Locust Grove is a residential housing development consisting of 70 homes including multi-unit family homes and attached townhouses. Each property consists of a finished home and a separate basement apartment. Berkowatts was hired to handle all tenant lighting and power upgrades, customizing each home according to owner specifications. They also installed top-of-the-line lighting in the beautiful shared community center.
